Hey there! I'm Jordan.

Aside from my professional titles, I'm also a wife, mom, DIYer, and coffee connoisseur (lets be real, coffee is fuel for life when you're juggling all the hats and have tiny people running the show behind the scenes).
​
I am a nurturing soul with a servant heart, and I have a passion for helping others harmonize their health. I use a mind + body approach to help others live a healthier, more connected, more balanced life.
​
As someone who is devoted to a wellness lifestyle, I lead my community towards healthier living through my gentle chiropractic care at Calibration Chiropractic in Mansfield, TX (alongside my husband, Dr. Joe Adams), community-based yoga classes, and inspirational writings.
​
I currently serve my community as a committee member for two local women's leadership groups, I sit on the Mansfield Parks and Recreation board, I am a regular volunteer around town, and I am a regular contributor on the Plaid for Women Blog.
​
I graduated chiropractic school as salutatorian, and I was chosen by my peers and instructors as the recipient of the James W. Parker Award, an award symbolic of friendship, love of mankind, and compassion to serve.
As for yoga, yoga was my original introduction to a wellness lifestyle. I have been studying and teaching yoga since 2012 and I have trained under multiple different styles, including vinyasa, hatha, yin, and prenatal, with experience in both studio teaching and private instruction. I also host online classes for free on my YouTube Channel - Untethered Yoga.

When I'm not in the office or on my mat, I'm spending time with my family outdoors, journaling, or dragging my husband into a new DIY home improvement project.
